The research group ‘Business & Law’ primarily groups together the members of the former research groups ‘Law of the European Union’, ‘Tax Law’, ‘Ecoven’ and ‘Civil Law’ (partim). Several members also conduct research into the fields of other research groups and, likewise, members of the latter carry out research which belongs to the research group ‘Business & Law’. This applies in particular, as a consequence of the transverse nature of EU-law, to a number of researchers active in European Law.
