1. Prerequisites *Algemene competenties Competences which are proved by the successful termination of the Bachelor in Law.

2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes) A profound knowledge of and a structural insight in the institutional law of the European Union and the European legal protection.
Being capable of making independently an in-depth analysis of a topic of European law, with special attention for recent developments and the effect of the European law in the national legal order, and being capable of giving on this a scholarly founded argument, orally as well as in writing.
3. Course content This course deals with European institutional law and legal protection in the European Union. The topics are selected taking into account recent developments.
