2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes)
The objective of the course is to
- obtain thourough knowledge of the rules of evidence in civil proceedings
- be able to apply these rules in different cases
3. Course content
The course is divided into three parts :
- general principles
- rules of evidence of the civil code
- rules of evidence of the judicial code
