2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes)
This course aims at giving a profound and critical study of the rules of law concerning the law of obligations in general and the law of specific contracts.


3. Course content
- lectures about new legislation and new jurisprudence in the field of the law of obligations in general and the law of specific contracts
- analysis and discussion of cases of jurisprudence
- analysis and discussion of examples of contracts and clauses of contracts
