2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes)

Students are able to detect, analyse and solve problems of financial law on an advanced base.




3. Course content

Several topics of study (casebook) are: international capital markets, financial contracts, letters of intent, responsibility of the bank, consumers credit, securities regulation, financial information (prospectus, offering circular), factoring, leasing, timesharing, protection of shareholders/investors.
