1. Prerequisites *Algemene competenties Master degree in Law and professional experience

2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes) - Thorough knowledge of the aspects of the law of obligations most relevant for business, especially in relation toperformance and nonperformance of contracts. - Skills necessary to apply the doctrines of the law of obligations in business practice.
3. Course content
Selected problems of the law of obligations, esp. Contracts, such as: - interpretation and performance of contracts, good faith and abuse of right, - non-performance of contractual obligations, contractual libaility and remedies for non-performance and remedies for non-performance - personal securities - extinction of obligations, set-off and delegatio solvendi, - agency and representation
