- the instrument of environmental impact reporting in the environmental policy;
- general overview of the legislation (European, international, Belgium, Flanders, ...) concerning environmental impact reporting;
- practice of environmental impact reporting in Flanders;
- use of environmental impact reporting in the decision-making.
