In today’s globalized world, important changes for development cooperation are taking place at an ever-increasing pace. These changes challenge ongoing practice and tilt existing power balances. Debating Development invites expert speakers from renowned international institutes to enter into an open and frank discussion with each other on the future of international cooperation and development. In a series of eight debates our speakers will cover different topics, with the latest trends in development as the central theme. The discussions will be moderated by the editorial staff of MO* Magazine.
Debating Development is a public event and an accredited course (3 ECTS) for students of University of Antwerp (Course code: 9009UAOOUD). You can obtain a certificate of attendance if you attend at least four debates.
