From August 22-24 2012 the Special Interest Group on Learning and Professional Development will hold its bi-annual conference in the city of Antwerp!
Conference theme This international conference provides opportunities to discuss the latest research in the fields of learning and professional development, such as: Learning in the transition from school to work Transitions in knowledge and expertise of professionals Work and education as contexts for professional learning and development Theories and methodologies for the study of professional learning and development Constraints and affordances of professional learning and work identities Vocational education and training in schooling and working life contexts Adult learning processes within the context of work
Keynote speakers from different professional fields and from various scholarly domains will present their perspectives to a multidisciplinary audience:
