ECPR Joint Sessions 2012

All the practical info you'll need to get by in Antwerp

Below you can find a number of practical issues related to the ECPR Joint Sessions 2012.

During the entire conference, an information booth will be permanently available. Here you can ask / find / ... answers to all your questions.

You can find this information booth in the main lobby of the E building.

Lunch opportunities

For your convenience, the Student Restaurant of the City Campus will open its doors throughout the entire ECPR Joint Sessions period. A special formula has been worked out: for the very democratic price of € 9,50 you get

  • soup or salad bar
  • choice out of three main courses (course of the day, veggie or pasta)
  • a dessert
  • a beverage

You can reserve your lunch tickets online beforehand, and pay for them (cash) when you go to the registration booth to pick up your conference badge. Off course you can also purchase lunch tickets during the Joint Sessions, but reserving them online makes things easier for the catering services!

The main advantages of taking your lunch in the student restaurant is: good quality food for a low price, very central location of the restaurant itself (a 2 minute walk from the main conference buildings), fast service, ... .

Off course you are free to explore what other options the City Campus has to offer in terms of food: there are quite a number of small sandwich bars, small restaurants, ...but as it is Easter Holidays, some of them might be closed.
