The Complutense University of Madrid is a Public Institution of Higher Education. It offers higher education at different levels: Bachelor, Master, PhD, Post-doctorate studies and research. It has the largest number of both, students and academic staff in Spain. The quality offered accounts for its excellence. UCM provides the same facilities to regular and exchange students, including sports facilities, libraries, virtual campus, wi-fi internet connection as well as others that the different Faculties can specifically offer to the students.
At the present time, the Complutense University is immersed in the adaptation process necessary to merge with the European Higher Education Area.
