The complete
application file should be sent to the address mentioned in the instructions
before the application deadlines mentioned in the instructions. The application file will then be examined by both the central student administration and the student administration of the faculty on form and content. Applicants whose application is judged favourably will receive a
letter of acceptance in duplicate by registered mail. This letter of acceptance is required to complete the registration process and, if applicable, to apply for a
visa. Please note that it could take up to eight weeks before you receive the result of the examination.
