The University of Antwerp does not offer scholarships. Our website does however provide a number of useful links for students in search of a scholarship (
www.ua.ac.be/scholarships
). Also
www.scholarshipportal.eu
is a very useful tool.
It is strongly recommended to contact the Belgian Embassy or Consulate (or other representative) in your home country to learn about scholarship opportunities. The addresses can be found at the official website from t
he Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (
www.diplomatie.belgium.be
).
The Belgian Development Agency (
www.btcctb.org
) offers grants to master and PhD students from their partner countries: Algeria, Benin, Bolivia, Burundi, DR Congo, Ecuador, Mali, Morocco, Mozambique, Niger, Palestine, Peru, Rwanda, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda and Vietnam. If you are a national from one of these countries, please contact the Belgian Embassy or Consulate for more information.
