General Information

A number of hotel rooms in various price categories has been booked for the e-Youth Conference 24-28 May, 2010. In these hotels, special group rates have been agreed upon.

All rates quoted are per room, per night and include breakfast and VAT.

To benefit from the special hotel rates, reservations must be made by e-mail using the correct registration form, downloadable on this website on the details page of the hotel of your choice.

All reservations will be handled upon a first-come-first-serve basis and upon availability. Please make sure to book well in advance. Unused hotel rooms will be released on April 12^th, 2010.


Guarantee hotel booking
 
In order to make your reservation, a guarantee by credit card is needed.
Please note that the hotels require the CVV/CVC code of your credit card to guarantee your hotel room.

CVV/CVC code

Card verification value code (CVV) is printed on your MasterCard & Visa card in the signature area of the back of the card. It is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card.

For American Express, you can find your four-digit card verification number on the front above the credit card number on either the right or the lefts side of your credit card.


Hotel prices

The mentioned rates include breakfast and taxes. Room availability and rates cannot be guaranteed after April 12th, 2010.

Instructions for payment

Payment should be made directly to the hotel at the time of arrival/departure. However, credit card information is required to guarantee your reservation.
