 Thanks to the kind sponsorship of the International Association of Ports and Cities (IACP), ITMMA was represented at the above-mentioned conference (organised by IACP) by Prof. Dr. Willy Winkelmans, Dean and Chairman of the Executive Board of ITMMA, who held a presentation on 'ITMMA and the demand for sustainable port development: why and how?' on Friday 21 November 2003 within the framework of Session III 'Centre of excellence and technoport, how can the competences in the port be mobilised?'.
