Check the instructions on costs of living, medical insurance and health care. Language courses Applicants are only accepted if they can proof their proficiency in English. However, some accepted students want to further improve their knowledge of the English language during their stay in Antwerp. LINGUAPOLIS offers English language courses at the CEFR C1-level (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). If you visit the website of Linguapolis you should check Training → On campus → Other foreign languages → English.  The Linguapolis courses level 6 and after level 6 are equivalent to the CEFR C1-level. Linguapolis also offers courses on the Dutch language. The city of Antwerp is located in the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium. Registrations for language courses have to be made directly with LINGUAPOLIS. Registration fees for language courses are not included in the registration fees set for Master's programmes at the University of Antwerp.
