2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes)
Students must acquire knowlegde, insight and skills in the domain of insurance law.
3. Course content The course outlines the actual law of insurance, gives an overview of the various legal soucres and clarifies the major principles of these regulations. Their funding and field of application are also studied extensively. Afterwards a number of specific relevant regulations will be studied. For exemple life insurance, property insurance...
