2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes)
Students should be able to identify the relevant legal issues and should be able to provide in appropriate solutions to particular legal problems, by using the various legal instruments.
3. Course content
The course will deal with various topics of private international law, including cross border contractual relationships, trust, tort and particular issues of company law.
