1. Prerequisites *Algemene competenties Knowledge of social law (labour law and social security law)

2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes) The student will have a very deep knowledge of specialised and current social security legislations. He will be able to formulate solutions to complicated legal problems and to analyse social security matters in a critical and scientific way
3. Course content In this course social security law will be studied in a very scientific and critical way. In consultation with the student, different topics are selected and discussed in small groups. Therefore, students have to prepare papers and case-studies, sometimes with interaction of experts on the field.
