1. Prerequisites *Algemene competenties Knowledge of basic constitutional law and administrative law. Being able to find and interpretate legal texts.

2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes) Getting an overview of and obtaining insight in international, federal, Flemish regional and local rules of law and principles of law regarding the environment, including nature protection law.
3. Course content Goals and instruments of environmental policy. Environmental law regarding environmental permits, waste, soil clean-up, integrated water management, … Nature protection law.
