Objectives (expected learning outcomes) Students are familiar with public and private law of carriage (except Maritime and inland navigation law). Students can solve basic juridical cases on the basis of independent research of juridical sources.   3. Course content International, European, Belgian, Flemish and local sources will be studied, concerning the evolution of Law of carriage. Statute of means of transport en transport infrastructure. Market regulation. Public law regulation incl. safety. Transport agreements. Transport insurance law.   4. Teaching method Direct contact: Lectures Personal work: Supervised self-study 5.
