1. Prerequisites *Algemene competenties Basic Law knowledge.

2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes)
- Students are familiar with public and private law of carriage (except Maritime and inland navigation law).
- Students can solve basic juridical cases on the basis of independent research of juridical sources.
3. Course content
- International, European, Belgian, Flemish and local sources will be studied, concerning the evolution of Law of carriage.
- Statute of means of transport en transport infrastructure.
- Market regulation.
- Public law regulation incl. safety.
- Transport agreements.
- Transport insurance law.
