2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes)
  • Students are familiar with public and private law of carriage (except Maritime and inland navigation law).
  • Students can solve basic juridical cases on the basis of independent research of juridical sources.

 




3. Course content
  • International, European, Belgian, Flemish and local sources will be studied, concerning the evolution of Law of carriage.
  • Statute of means of transport en transport infrastructure.
  • Market regulation.
  • Public law regulation incl. safety.
  • Transport agreements.
  • Transport insurance law.
