Widen the knowledge of Belgian criminal procedure law
 
- Work independently with the different sources of criminal procedure law
 
- Written and oral communication about case studies in criminal procedure law
 
- Explain and defend a point of view in front of a group


3. Course content
Different current problems in the criminal procedure will be examined by case studies, commenting judgements, composing the file of a criminal procedure starting from a case, reading assignments, group discussions,…
