2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes)
-Thorough knowledge of tort law and insight into the application of legal rules on cases.
-Ability to make a critical and personal analysis of a legal problem.
-Ability to develop a logically structured argument, written and orally.
-Ability to make connections to other fields of law, e.g. the law of obligations and insurance law.
-Ability to make a comparison with foreign systems of justice
3. Course content
The lectures consists of :
-meetings in which a case is discussed
-meetings in which a writ or a pleading is discussed
-meetings in which a legal advice or a press communication is discussed
Students can be asked to make a book summary or a conference report or another paper.
