2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes)
Widen the knowledge of Belgian criminal law
- Work independently with the different sources of criminal law
- Written and oral communication about case studies in criminal law
- Explain and defend a point of view in front of a group
3. Course content
Different current problems in criminal law will be examined by case studies, commenting judgements, composing the file of a criminal procedure starting from a case, reading assignments, group discussions,…
