2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes)
Good command and in-depth insight in standard business contracts.
Being able to analyse and critise model contracts
Being able to draft standard business clauses
3. Course content
In the first part of this course some standard boilerplate clauses will be analysed. The purpose and the content of all these clauses is analysed by means of different examples.
Secondly some standard business contracts will be discussed, e.g. franchising, leasing, factoring, licence agreement, ... The content of the course may vary according to the personal interest of the students.
In this course the focus will be on how to draft these contracts taking into account all relevant rules and legislation.
