Objectives (expected learning outcomes) to develop the skills to situate philosophical texts in their historical and thematic context; to enhance the ability to analyse and to comment upon the texts of a contemporary author dealt with during the lectures   3. Course content Should Kierikegaard be seen as a precursor of postmodernist thought? In order to answer this question, we first read and discuss extracts from Kierkegaard's philosophical oeuvre: Either/Or,  Repetition, Two Ages, Dialectics of the ethical and ethical-religious communication. In the second part we read and discuss extracts from M. Heidegger, J.P.Sartre, E. Levinas, J. Derrida and J. Caputo.    4. Teaching method Direct contact: Lectures 5.
