- As a clinical head you will develop and lead management and innovation for complex care issues and situations: leading an organisational unit, research into organisational interventions and organisational culture, and developing leadership and research aspects within certain care situations as an expert
- As a researcher you choose a career in research. You participate in research and research networks at universities and colleges, healthcare organisations, the government or other organisations or institutions. You could obtain a doctorate in new domains.
