Prerequisites *Algemene competenties The student possesses the competencies of the bridging programme, more specifically the competencies of the courses Management and Innovation SMI1, SMI2 and SMI3 *Sequentiality None Previous course 2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes) -          The student will participate in the IPSIG week as good practice for clinical leadership -          By means of this the Master’s student will learn to recognise and profile his/her added value. -     Via practical examples the students will be initiated in potential collaboration structures and teambuilding to learn about the ethics of care. 3. Course content -          Knowledge of recent teaching methods whereby processes of care will be outlined with focus on coherence and efficiency of care. -          Pointing out national and international examples of systematic teamwork in function of developing renewed models and forms of care. 4. Assessment method Written assignment: Without oral presentation 6. Compulsory reading – study material The powerpoint presentations of the lectures will be available via Blackboard.
