2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes)

The student will participate in the IPSIG week as good practice for clinical leadership

By means of this the Master’s student will learn to recognise and profile his/her added value.

Via practical examples the students will be initiated in potential collaboration structures and teambuilding to learn about the ethics of care.
3. Course content

Knowledge of recent teaching methods whereby processes of care will be outlined with focus on coherence and efficiency of care.

Pointing out national and international examples of systematic teamwork in function of developing renewed models and forms of care.

The powerpoint presentations of the lectures will be available via Blackboard. Handouts will be provided at the beginning of each lesson.
