2. Objectives (expected learning outcomes)

The aim of Management and innovation is to acquire the knowledge and skills of management and innovation. This is linked to two competencies:
° knowledge of the general tasks of management of health care

° thorough knowledge and comprehension of national and international health care




3. Course content

The aim of this module in the first semester is to obtain and to develop knowledge, skills and personal characteristics that are necessary to accomplish following tasks:

- to construct, to support, to make and to evaluate projects

- to manage an organizational unit
