2. Learning outcomes

At the end of the semester, students will have some knowledge about important literary manifestations of the Spanish Middle and Golden ages. They will be familiarized with names and studies of some important critics. They will be capable of doing research and writing papers on these or related topics.

  3. Gonzalo de Berceo: Milagros de nuestra Señora

  5. Fernando de Rojas: La Celestina
  6. Poesía mística: Fray Luis de León, Santa Teresa, San Juan de la Cruz
  7. Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra: El ingenioso hidalgo Don Quijote de la Mancha
  8. Pedro Calderón de la Barca: La vida es sueño
