Participation and stay for young scholars and researchers are free of charge. Participants should pay for their own travel expenses to Antwerp. A limited number of partial travel grants is available for participants who are unable to fund their own travel and are not eligible to apply for a travel grant in their host institutions.

Applicants who would like to apply for this partial travel grant, should send us their motivated request and cost estimate by using the travel grant application form (download here) as well as a recommendation from the university confirming they are unable to provide funding. These documents should be sent together with the submission form (deadline for applications: Sunday 28th of April 2013).
Candidates will be informed about the decision regarding their travel grant application by mid-May 2013.
