Vaxinfectio is an institute situated within the Faculty of Medicine. It is a consortium of 3 research groups:

Laboratory of Medical Microbiology (LMM)

Laboratory of Experimental Hematology (LEH)

Centre for the Evaluation of Vaccination (CEV)  

A governing council has been established to manage the consortium.
