Admission procedure

Application
You will be notified of the reception of your application by email, indicating the period of the next Admissions Board meeting. 
During July-August it may take longer due to summer holidays. The candidates will be notified of the decision on admission without delay. Decisions on admission cannot be appealed. 
  
Pre-registration
If you are a successful applicant, you will be asked to transfer an advance payment of  €200 before the IELSP office will start all formal procedures. This pre-registration is to confirm your participation and is required to secure your admission in the course.

After receiving your advance payment, we will send you:

  • The letter of acceptance by the university which you need for your visa.
  • The data for the student accommodation website of the city.
  • The details for your registration.
  • All further information on the course and your arrival here. 

If we don't receive the advance payment, we assume that you will not be participating and we will not send you any further information.
