During your stay you will be in contact with the IELSP office in different ways. 
  
Blackboard
Blackboard is an electronic communication device between students, staff and the coordinator of the IELSP. Staff may use it to spread reading materials or special tasks. The administration may spread messages to you about cancelled or changed classes, change in classrooms and so on. Consult Blackboard on a very regular basis!.
You will be able to enter the blackboard site only after you have registered at the registration office and have received your student- ID. One more reason to do this immediately after your arrival!

Emails, phone
Sometimes emails are used by the administrative assistant of the programme to reach you personally. Please always check your UA-email address, as this will be mostly used for administrative communication. It is also strongly recommended to leave your Antwerp address and mobile phone number at the international mobility office (Mrs Terry Amssoms, S.V. 023, email: terry.amssoms@ua.ac.be).
