After arrival you should first come to Mrs. Mieke Briels, administrative coordinator, Venusstraat 23, ground floor, room S.V. 024 (City Campus, building V), Antwerpen. You should bring a proof of the payment of the residue of your tuition fee. Don't forget to bring along your ID card/passport. 
Mrs. Briels will register you online. 
 
With your proof of online registration, you can go to the registation office of the university.

After registration you will receive:

• your student ID card which is essential to use the university restaurant, sports centre, library and computer facilities, and will give you reductions on many socio-cultural possibilities in the city
• a certificate of registration, which you need for registration with the city and for opening a bank account
• a username/login for the blackboard system
