Anneleen BAERTS is in haar hoedanigheid van stafmedewerker BOF en FWO in het bijzonder verantwoordelijk voor de verspreiding van informatie over de diverse oproepen van het BOF en FWO, het controleren van de ontvankelijkheid van aanvragen en, voor wat het BOF betreft, de voorbereiding van de oproepen en het ondersteunen van de leescommissies en de interdisciplinaire commissie bij de selectie van de voorstellen. Verder staat zij in voor een aantal specifieke financieringskanalen (Odysseus, Francqui) en de administratieve ondersteuning van de toewijzing van de eredoctoraten.

Anneleen BAERTS is the general BOF/FWO manager. Her specific duties consist in disseminating information about the different BOF and FWO calls, verifying the eligibility of the applications, preparing the BOF calls and assisting the BOF reading committees and the interdisciplinary committee in the selection of proposals. Furthermore, she manages a number of specific financing channels (Odysseus, Francqui,…) and provides administrative support on the honorary degree process.
