Annouk Lievens (1964)
is a professor of marketing at the Faculty of Applied Economic Sciences UA (
Antwerp
University
) and chairman of the Marketing Department of that same faculty. She is also academic director of all marketing programs organized by the University Antwerp Management School (UAMS).
Her research interests/activities and publications centre on service innovation management, marketing interfaces during new service development within emerging e-markets, knowledge creation and organizational communication (i.e., communication networks) within services organizations. She has published in journals such as the International Journal of Service Industry Management, Journal of Product Innovation Management, European Journal of marketing, Journal of Service Research, Journal of Management Studies, The International Journal of Bank Marketing, The Journal of Business Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and International Journal of Management Reviews.
