Daniël Vloeberghs is professor of Human Resource Management at the Department of Management, Faculty of Applied Economics, at the University of Antwerp.
He is also part-time professor in Organizational Communication at the Faculty of Social Sciences, KULeuven, Belgium.

Het gives guest lectures at diverse institutions and professional associations, especially concerning the professionalization issues in HRM and other strategic aspects in (I)HRM.
