Professor Diana Phillips was awarded her Ph.D. by the University of London. She is now a Full Professor at the University of Antwerp. She is actively involved in curriculum and materials design and development as well as in in-service teacher coaching. She lectures in Business Communication and Management Communication at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She also teaches in executive MBA programmes, both in Belgium and internationally. Her research interests are management communication, lexicography and business terminology. Her principal publications are two financial dictionaries, Elsevier's Dictionary of Financial Terms in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Dutch (Elsevier, 1997) and Dictionary of Corporate Finance and Investment. English, German, French and Dutch (Wolters-Kluwer, 2001). In addition she has published six books and a considerable number of articles in the fields of business communication, error analysis and contemporary English literature.
