Presentation
Dominik Kohlhagen studied law and anthropology. He worked for different NGOs and organizations on questions related to the interaction between state law and local law in Africa.

At the Institute of Development Policy and Management (IOB), he works on land policies and social dynamics in Burundi and Rwanda. He is member of the thematic group "Political economy of the Great Lakes Region".
