Dominik Mahr obtained his Ph.D. in 2010 at the Marketing Department and is now a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer. Being an I.C.M./C.I.M. Fellow granted him a full-time research scholarship during his Ph.D. studies. His research interests and activities center on innovation management, customer participation in services, information utility, digital communication channels, high-tech services and knowledge creation.
The title of his Ph.D. Thesis is “Customer Co-creation of Knowledge during the Innovation Process”
Furthermore, his research activities deal with service quality, healthcare services, technology and virtual communities.
