This is mainly due to the growing awareness of a number of negative effects which result from goods traffic: environmental effects, safety effects and effects on the livability of cities. The government can and must act . However, in order to act , it needs a coherent set of instruments. This project attemps to provide the basic materials for such a set of instruments.- |
